Frequently Asked Questions

Good question! Tripetto offers solutions that let you easily create forms and surveys that are really smart. By making your forms smart you give your respondents the idea of a conversation instead of a boring form, resulting in higher form completion rates.

The smartness of your forms is the key. To create that smartness you'll need logic. And to create that logic, you'll need a visual form builder that makes your flows visually. And that's where Tripetto makes the difference compared to other form builders. The Tripetto form builder represents your form in a map view, making your logic visually in branches. In that way all flows and decisions inside the form are understandable while building your forms.

Ok, cool, but what really matters is how the form looks, right?! On the front-end we've done our best to let the form feel like a real conversation, respecting the logic that's behind the form. Your respondents will only get the questions that are suitable for them, based on the answers they have given, making it a more pleasant experience to complete your forms.
We offer three products, each with the core principles of Tripetto in it, but for a different audience.
  • Studio - The studio lets everybody instantly create and share smart forms and surveys that feel like conversations.
  • WordPress plugin - The WordPress plugin lets WordPressers instantly create and publish smart forms into their WP site. No third-party account needed.
  • SDK - The SDK is meant for developers to integrate the powers of Tripetto in their own software.
Each Tripetto product has its own value and audience. It all started with the release of the SDK at the end of 2018, which was necessary for ourselves to work on end user products. While building it we decided to make it fully open source, so developers can use it to implement/integrate/extend it in their own software.

The initial goal with the SDK was the development of the studio, so everyone could use Tripetto to create and share smart forms. The studio released in spring 2019.

As the studio grew in terms of users, we regularly got the request if it was possible to use Tripetto forms in WordPress sites. After some research we saw the opportunities in WordPress and again by using the SDK we were able to develop the WordPress plugin and release it in the summer of 2019.
It depends on the product you're using.
  • The usage of the studio is free, while we work hard at achieving feature parity with mainstream form and survey solution providers.
  • The WordPress plugin can be used for free, but also has some premium features.
  • The SDK is mostly free, but a license is required for select implementations of the editor.
